At some point in the game (we don’t want to ruin when), you’ll be presented with the chance to upgrade your class. Unlike Last Dream I where there was only a single upgrade choice for each class, Last Dream II has branching choices for each class. For the Black Mage, the choices are the Warlock (featured in this post) and the Wizard.
The Warlock gets access to more powerful element spells like Fire, Ice, Lightning, and Wind as well as non-elemental spells like Atomic Flare, Vampirism, and Kamikaze.
